Here are a few indisputable facts about Douglas County Elections that YOU need to know:

• More registered voters than eligible voters.
• Exclusive use of tabulation machines that use algorithms and wirelessly accessed.
• Current Clerk, Dan Loomis, refused numerous successful petitions to hand-count ballots in Douglas County.
• 35-day elections violate Federal Law 2 U.S. Code 7.
• Allows non-citizens to vote, violates U.S. Code 611.
• Loomis refuses to allow election observers in the room while counting ballots. They watch sections from TV monitors.

Sam’s plan to restore integrity to our local elections through Justice, Confidence and Transparency (see the complete plan at frost4oregon/about):

• Tabulator machines will be turned over to the United States Department of Justice or the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon, as evidence in multiple election crimes.
• All ballots will be hand-counted by well-trained election workers.
• Full access for Election Observers and campaign representatives to monitor the counting process, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Elimination of the E.R.I.C. System, replaced by a comprehensive check against voter rolls to identify deceased and relocated voters.
• Full and complete forensic audit of cast ballots and cast votes from all previous elections where paper ballots are retained.
