As your State Representative, Jules votes for economic development, affordability, and investment in students. She advocates strongly for access to high-quality education, public safety, and health care. She fights for LGBTQ+, immigrant, and BIPOC rights. She protects Oregonians’ right to reproductive care.
Jules is helping navigate state budget shortfalls brought about by HR1. She’s voting to support Oregon’s natural resources and wildlife, fast-track clean energy siting facilities, and streamline renewable energy.
Jules stopped ODOT’s flawed I-205 tolling plan.
Lifting-Up Oregon Families:
As a mom and Representative, she fights for Oregon families. Jules is improving access to child care and fixing our foster care system, creating better childhood outcomes. She introduced legislation to establish the CHIPS Child Care Fund and directed agencies to collaborate to ensure early learning and child care resources are easier to access. She championed legislation to establish the first K-12 primary prevention program, enabling our students to make informed choices and achieve better social and behavioral outcomes.
