• Annessa is committed to protecting abortion access in Oregon and is working to expand access to reproductive healthcare across the state.
• She championed a landmark victims’ rights law to increase protections for domestic and sexual violence survivors.

LOWERING Costs for Families

• Annessa successfully led the fight against ODOT’s plans to toll I-205.
• She secured $3 million to avoid water rate increases and more than $99 million to expand access to childcare.
• She also passed a tax break to directly benefit working families with young children.
• Now, she’s fighting against PGE’s relentless push to raise rates yet again.

EMPOWERING Communities and Addressing Homelessness

• Annessa spearheaded HB 4002, a law that targets drug dealers while ensuring that people struggling with addiction receive the comprehensive treatment and support they need.
• She successfully advocated for increased addiction recovery and mental health services, securing over $32 million to provide critical housing and treatment resources.
