EXPERIENCE
Mike Flinn has always been a trial attorney. Over the past 30 years as a lawyer, he has handled more than 150 jury trials and litigated thousands of criminal and civil cases. He has substantial experience in criminal law, civil law, and juvenile law. He has prosecuted criminals who harmed the most vulnerable members of our community, and defended people who have been unjustly charged with crimes. He has represented survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. This work is an extension of the compassion and dedication Mike Flinn has for all.
COMMUNITY
Mike Flinn is a lifelong Oregonian, where he raised his three children, two of whom attended Crescent Valley High School in Corvallis. He has worked as a lawyer in Benton County Court for 17 years. He is deeply committed to making sure Benton County is a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
