Common Sense Leadership for Oregon
I am a native Oregonian and lifelong resident of the McKenzie River area. Serving my first term as your State Representative for District 12 has been both a privilege and an honor.
During my first term, I kept the promises I made to the voters. I stood up for rural Oregon and consistently advocated for communities that too often are ignored in Salem. I worked to bring the concerns of Eastern Lane County to the Capitol and ensure our rural values and way of life are represented.
Government must listen to the people it serves, and I work every day to make sure the voices of District 12 are heard. I worked extremely hard to respect the will of the 250,000 voters who signed the referendum to oppose more taxes and fees. I opposed SB1599, unfortunately the Democrats disagreed and rammed it through anyway.
As a longtime business owner and community leader, I understand the challenges facing working families, small businesses, and rural communities. My strong work ethic, faith, business experience, and life experience guide my work in Salem and keep my focus on practical solutions.
I remain committed to standing up for rural Oregon, supporting local businesses, and advocating for stronger mental health resources and services for those who need them most. Both of my bills in the short session of 2026 (HB4028 and HB4048) would have helped rural Oregonians, but again the Democrats chose to ignore our voices.
I will never stop advocating for you. No matter how fierce the opposition, I will keep fighting.
It would be an honor to have your vote for another term serving you.
