When State Leadership Fails, I Don't Just Talk. I Fight.
Oregon is in crisis — and career politicians in Salem won't fix it. As a constitutional conservative and civil litigation attorney, I've taken the fight directly to Oregon's government — in court, on the record, with wins. I represented Republican senators challenging unconstitutional state overreach. I was part of the legal team that brought Grants Pass v. Johnson to the U.S. Supreme Court, restoring cities' authority to clear homeless encampments. I defended the First Amendment against state retaliation. While others complained, I fought.
“Beth Jones has proven she will be there for Republicans — she has my endorsement and hopefully your vote.”

ON AFFORDABILITY: Oregon's tax-and-spend addiction is crushing working families. I gathered petitions for the No Gas Tax referral because you deserve transparency with your tax dollars and prudence with every penny.
ON EDUCATION: Parents — not bureaucrats — should control their children's futures. I support school choice and vocational pathways that actually prepare kids for life.
